Shipping & Delivery
We accept "online orders" from Australian customers and only ship to Australian addresses. We ship our products with several carriers depending on which carrier provides the best service to your location.
We can ship to PO Boxes but only smaller items that fit into an Express Post bag. Larger items are shipped by road freight and need to be signed for on delivery hence a physical address (and a day time phone number) is required. Goods sent road freight are delivered during business hours, and must be signed for at the time of delivery. Deliveries are not undertaken during weekends and public holidays.
On despatch from our warehouse you will receive an email advising the carrier, the consignment details and a Tracking Number. This Tracking Number can be entered on the relevant carrier's website to view the status at any time. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, the carrier may leave a calling card with details on where to pick up your delivery or rearrange for a re-delivery.
The majority of our items are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days after payment has cleared for your order to be processed. Delivery time vary depending on your location. Capital city transit times are generally 2-3 days and regional areas can be longer.
Delivery costs for all items are automatically calculated based on the address provided. For some items (particularly very bulky items), delivery costs cannot be automatically calculated online. If you see such a notice during checkout please contact us for a delivery cost to your area.
What if my order is undeliverable?
If our shipper is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or there is no one to sign for the goods, the order may be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by our shipper to redeliver the package.
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call customer care on 07 3102 4577 as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box.
Important: If goods are noticeably damaged on receipt, please have the driver make a note on the shippers consignment note. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items to (email@example.com) and contact us on 07 3102 4577 and a customer care representative will assist you further .
If you haven't received your order and believe it may be lost, first enter your order tracking number (we send this by email after your order has been processed) on the relevant carrier's website to confirm the delivery status. If your tracking number doesn't work, or your order doesn't seem to be moving, please contact us and a customer care representative will contact the freight carrier and advise you accordingly.
